April 26, 2016 marks 30 years since a terrible man-made disaster and a huge global environmental woes in Chernobyl. The exhibition "Memory of Chernobyl30 years later" is devoted to it. The exhibition presents several specail editions - memoirs "How it was" by Vladimir Oshko, one of the volunteer liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, and "25 years face to face with Chernobyl" by Oleg Gusev, an Honored Journalist of Ukraine, a direct participant in the events and major general of the International Committee for Human Rights. A collection of books on safety at nuclear power stations is of interest to students of technical faculties.. |
